Blueberries Nutrition Facts

February 28th, 2009 by Editor

I’m not a big fan of blueberries. Sure I know all about the fantastic nutrients they contain, but I just can’t force myself to like them. So, when I learned that the all natural vitamin supplement SuperFruitsGT contains the fruit and all of its antioxidant-rich nutrients, I was ecstatic. After all, that tiny little berry is just loaded with good stuff!

Think vitamins C and E for starters. 1 cup of these powerful berries contains as much as 14mg of vitamin C and 0.8 of vitamin E. That’s pretty outstanding all on its own if you ask me. Yet the berries also contain two antioxidants known as anthocyanins and phenolics. And those same antioxidants are what some researchers believe make the berries the highest in antioxidant bearing fruits ever!

So what about just snacking on the berries or turning them into a powerful nutritional juice? You could, but can you get yourself to include them into your life every single day? It would probably be kind of hard if you ask me, even if you are a blueberry fanatic. Sooner or later you’ll burn yourself out or find that there’s just not enough berries to go around. And with the economy suffering greatly, food costs are on the rise.

For me, I’d much rather consume the rich nutrients of those blueberries in a natural liquid vitamin like Super Fruits GT. That way I still get the outstanding nutrients I need, but without the hassle So much simpler and I don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars a month on fruits. That’s my choice, now what’s yours?

Resveratrol Supplements

February 27th, 2009 by Editor

Would you believe I had never heard of resveratrol until recently? But, now that I think about it I really wonder how many really have. If you don’t know, it’s a phytoalexin that’s produced by plants like grapes.

Those that do know about the stuff know that it can be found in red wine. However, it’s also found in the all natural vitamin supplements product known as SuperFruitsGT.

So what exactly does that mean for us? Well, great news actually. If your family has a history of coronary heart disease, stroke or high blood sugar, it may be very beneficial. So folks that already drink red wine are more than likely already aware of this. However, what they may not know is that drinking red wine is not enough.

In order to really reduce heart disease, stroke and lower blood sugars, a person must consume as much as 100 bottles a day! That’s pretty ridiculous if you ask me, not to mention an obviously dangerous level of intoxication!

There’s also the risk of a deficiency in vitamins B1, B3 and B5 since the alcohol in the wine can reduce and even eliminate these vitamins in your body. So while it may seem very beneficial to our health, consuming a lot of red wine is really not a smart choice.

So how does one reap the benefits without the alcohol?

Well, you could consume red grape juice, which has been shown by some studies to contain the same antioxidant-rich nutrients as the wine. You could also drink cranberry or blueberry juice, but they don’t contain nearly as much antioxidants as red grapes.

To really get the health benefits from resveratrol without risking your health even further, you can reap the same nutrients from the liquid vitamin, Super Fruits GT. Not only does SuperFruitsGT contain the very same nutrients as a glass of red wine, it’s packed with even more antioxidant-rich nutrients from other super fruits like acai berry, pomegranate, mangosteen, wolfberry and blueberries. And it also costs a whole lot less than a weekly bottle of red wine!

So instead of getting drunk on red wine resveratol, why not get high on life with a healthy lifestyle and an outstanding natural vitamin supplement derived from Mother Nature!

Benefits of Green Tea

February 24th, 2009 by Editor

Green Tea

I must admit I am a green tea lover by heart, so I was really surprised to learn that the nutritional supplement SuperFruitsGT contains this wonderful drink. For years I have known that drinking this wonderful stuff has its benefits, however I was unaware that this Chinese herbal leaf is also a powerful antioxidant!

Drinking green tea benefits are well documented. It’s no wonder the Chinese rely on it for everything from headaches to depression.

The reason for so many possible health benefits is because the leaf contains catechin polyphenols and epigallocatechin gallate, which are both extremely powerful antioxidants. And while many Chinese teas do contain the very same antioxidants, the difference is those other teas undergo oxidation which removes the antioxidants.

The best way to enjoy the benefits of green tea is through a natural liquid vitamins supplement like Super Fruits GT. Not only are you getting the antioxidant benefits in one simple liquid vitamin, you’ll also benefit from the antioxidants of several super fruits and you won’t be putting anything unnatural into your body. It’s simple and natural.
